2) Working with your team members to monitor and achieve the targets towards client conversion rate, influencing repeat customers, etc.
3) Communicating effectively with clients to build strong working relationships, to understand each clients needs, and to provide service options/guidance for their unique requirements.
4) Coordinating with various teams within the organization to ensure that our clients get the best possible service experience.
5) Identifying market trends and providing inputs for website/service positioning improvements to the marketing team.
6) Identifying areas of improvements in services/processes and systems.
7) Contributing to the market growth by influencing necessary and relevant changes.
